- Validity of all the above-proposed offers will be 30 days from the successful registration.
- The activities after successful registration & PIN set do not have to be in any particular order.
- Customer needs to set pin within 7 days of registration to be eligible for the next offers.

- Add Money-All
- Bill Payment - Utility Bill Payment includes Only GAS, WATER, ELECTRICITY for Cash Reward eligibility, excluding: TITAS, Internet, Cable TV, Credit Card payment.
Terms and Conditions
- Offer is applicable for self-registering customers from 21st May 2023 – Until further notice.
- A customer can get each Reward only once during the campaign period under this campaign.
- The Cash Reward disbursement will be Instant upon fulfillment of the above conditions.
- Customer can check “Cash Reward” balance from account page in-app and also in USSD under “My upay” option.
- upay reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions or cancel cash reward payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefits of the campaign
- Customers can use the cash reward for any purpose other than Cash Out, Send Money, and Fund Transfer. Effectively, they will be able to Pay Bill, Merchant Payment & Mobile Recharge.
