Arif Quadri

Director

Mr Arif Quadri is a Director of UCB Fintech Company Limited, and is the Managing Director of United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB). Prior to joining UCB, he was the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Premier Bank Limited. 

During his illustrious 31 years of professional experience, Mr Arif Quadri held several important positions in multiple organizations before joining UCB. This includes Head of Human Resources Management Division in AB Bank Limited, Al Baraka Bank Limited, ONE Bank Limited and Meghna Bank Limited. He started his career with the then Arab Bangladesh Bank Limited as Probationary Officer in 1983, and held different leadership roles till February 2003. 

In addition, Mr Arif Quadri served as a director on the board of IIDFC (Non Banking Financial Institution) in Bangladesh, and was also the Secretary General of Association of Bankers, Bangladesh Limited (ABB).
