Mr. Ashraf Bin Taj is an Independent Director of UCB Fintech Company Limited. He is also the Managing Director of International Distribution Company Bangladesh (Pvt) Limited, which is a prominent National Distributor of world renowned brands such as Nivea, Ferror, Amul, Unilever etc. 

A successful business professional turned entrepreneur, Mr Ashraf Bin Taj completed his MBA from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He has a unique blend of working in multinational and local environments, being specialized in leading and managing multi-business portfolio with large teams, as well managing and creating new brands and businesses in order to achieve dominating positions in the market.

In his career, he was the Business Director of the Consumer Brands section of ACI Limited. He also worked for other renowned companies like, Berger, Ispahani Limited and Nestle Bangladesh Ltd.  In addition to his current professional roles,

Mr Ashraf Bin Taj is the President of Marketing Society of Bangladesh (MSB), a fellow of Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM) and a council member of Superbrands Bangladesh.
