Mr. Bashir Ahmed serves as a Director of UCB Fintech Company Limited. In addition, he is also a Director and Executive Committee member of United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB).

He is an exceptional entrepreneur and owns businesses in multiple fields. He is the Managing Director of Airmate Goodie Electrical Industries Limited, Goodie Accessories (Pvt) Ltd, and Chairman of International Distribution Company Bangladesh (Pvt) Ltd. He is also a Proprietor of B&B Electronics, and Partner of B&B Food & Beverage, B&B Electrical & Electronics, Dhaka Electrical & Electronics, Bard International, Mettle Emporium, and Petal Enterprise.

Mr. Bashir Ahmed is the son of Late Mr. M.A. Bari, one of the founder Sponsor Directors of UCB. Apart from his business ventures, he is actively involved with numerous social and educational organizations, that aim to develop the community.
